    The General Store is located at Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area and is the main office of the Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Board Authority. Proceeds from the General Store help us to maintain the lowest General Use Permit prices in the region as well as fund the future expansion of outdoor recreation in Harlan County.
