Rates:
Single Room Rates: $70.00 per room
- A refundable damage deposit of $50.00 will be charged for the rental of one to four rooms; $100.00 for 5 to 8 rooms.
- Room rate includes room setup only. The Harlan Center does not decorate or perform the cleanup for the room rental fee.
- $50-$150 cleanup fee for Harlan Center Staff to do the event cleanup. Must be pre-arranged at the time of reservation.
Upstairs Gallery area: $100.00
Other Rental Charges:
- Dance floor rental is $50.00 for the full size and $35.00 for the smaller size. The dance floor must have its own room.
- Table linen rental is $4.00 each
- Place settings are $3.00 per person
- Portable drink station rental is $25.00
- Staging rental is $50.00 for 5-8 sections and $35.00 for 1-4 sections.
- Microphones and podium may be used at no charge.
- A 20" TV and projector may also be used at no charge.
- Kitchen fee is $40.00 and includes the use of everything in the kitchen with the exception of the place settings. Includes coffee if desired. (coffee will not be provided unless the kitchen is rented).
- For every extra half hour that an event exceeds the agreed departure time, an additional $35 will be charged.
- Certain events will require security hired and paid for separately by the client. This will be determined by the Harlan Center depending on the type of event.
- RV Sites are $20. per day or $100. per week
