Headwaters Arts & Music Festival

2nd Annual Headwaters Arts Festival
Join us for an afternoon celebrating art, music, food, and Appalachian creativity at the 2nd Annual Headwaters Arts Festival! This FREE community event will take place on Saturday, May 17th, from 12PM-6PM at the Harlan Center.

Calling all artists! Submit a piece of your artwork for our festival gallery competition.
Deadline to drop off artwork: May 13th at the Harlan Center.
Festival attendees will vote for their favorite pieces throughout the day, with voting ending at 5:30 PM. Winners will be announced immediately following the headlining music act.
