Celebrate America's 250th birthday by joining the 4th Fest Parade in Downtown Harlan! There is no entry fee to participate. $250 prizes will be awarded in 7 categories and a $500 grand prize! The parade begins at 4 p.m. Parade applications can be picked up at the Harlan Center or you can find one here.

What's better than a slice of pie on the 4th of July? Winning cash for eating as much pie as possible on the 4th of July! Join the pie eating contest on the Bicentennial Stage! There is no cost to enter. Contestants will compete in three age divisions. |
