Single Room Rates: $110.00 + tax per room
- A refundable damage deposit of $50.00 will be charged for the rental of one to four rooms; $100.00 for 5 to 8 rooms.
- Room rate includes room setup only. The Harlan Center does not decorate or perform the cleanup for the room rental fee.
- Must be pre-arranged at the time of reservation. Please contact the Harlan Center for cleanup rates.

Other Rental Charges:
- Dance floor rental is $50.00 for the full size and $35.00 for the smaller size. The dance floor must have its own room.
- Table linen rental ranges from $6-$10
- Place settings are $4.00 per person
- Portable drink station rental is $30.00
- Staging rental is $50.00 for 5-8 sections and $35.00 for 1-4 sections.
- Microphones and podium may be used at no charge.
- A TV and projector may also be used at no charge.
- For every extra half hour that an event exceeds the agreed departure time, an additional $35 will be charged.
- Certain events will require security hired and paid for separately by the client. This will be determined by the Harlan Center depending on the type of event.
- RV Sites are $20. per day or $100. per week
